New Videos Section
Welllllll......Like I said previously I'm going to be adding select tracks onto youtube and I'll embed them here on the site as well. You can peep them under the Videos tab.
On another note.... I've finished up the latest installments to the neverending saga of gutter instrumentals....lol....I've got three..YES THREE.... full length albums I'll be uploading shortly. GUTTER BEAT TRILOGY. YouTube Singles
So I figured I'm going to start putting my music on YouTube. I've been collecting images off the web for years and years, so I'm going to be matching up some of my music with some of my favorite images. (which I think visually represent the sound of the particular track) Here's the first one....Abducted
Long time....
So it's been a while since I've updated the site, but not to worry, I've been busy producing and editing the tracks for the latest installments to The Market Ace instrumental saga. Ultra gutterness as usual....dropping a trilogy this time instead of a dual release. Should be up online in the next few weeks...
In the mean time I've added 23 new pieces to the collection. NEW SHIT!!!!Bout to drop some electronic napalm bombs in this mutha..nahmsayin!? Hahahaha, but seriously though I'm wrapping up the latest projects and they should be done real soon. I'm going to do another massive music dump so it'll be two or three albums all at once.
New chapter in uber-gutterness, heavy focus on the electronic side of things but also got some gully glitch-hop tracks, drum n bass, and some tribal influenced others, but as always...keepin it gutter....keepin it grimey. Stay tuned........The Market Ace
And lastly....keep a look out for 1984.....group collab album between myself and DJ Narkotix.....coming early Fall 2011. ![]() Two New Albums....Now Available
Just dropped two albums.... Extravagant Insignificance & The Catalyst Complex. Both are ill as shit, but vastly different in their respective "sounds". Extravagant Insignificance is more organic in nature and tends to be fairly chill in comparison to some of my other albums. The title and theme of the album is meant to be a reflection of the planet we live on....incredibly intricate and fantastic, yet unbelievably insignificant in the grand scheme of the universe. Thus the title "Extravagant Insignificance" with the ancient pyramids halfway underwater visual....Gutter.
The Catalyst Complex is strictly gutter bangers....plain and simple. Due to the sheer aggressiveness of some of the tracks I thought the title "The Catalyst Complex" fit perfectly and for a variety of reasons. Think of a "complex" as some sort of medical condition where you need audio catalysts/stimulation to survive, and then think of a complex as some sort of factory/building where catalysts are produced. Put the two together and you have the visual for the cover...The Market Ace has a Catalyst Complex while at the same time is The Catalyst Complex...Got Em ![]() New Albums Dropping Soon...
So I have been in the lab the past couple months banging out tracks like its nobody's business. I've recorded enough music for two albums so I'm leaning towards releasing two separate albums each with there own respective theme/sound. The first will be a little more epic in nature will have a lot of "score-esq" elements to it, (similar to some of the later tracks on "Inner Monologues"). The second album will predominantly consist of extreme gutter bangers....higher bpm's, wicked leads, and some metal in there for good measure. Check back soon....GUTTER BEATS!
![]() New Artwork AddedJust added 15 pieces to the collection. Check em out. New Music Update....Three New AlbumsI finished up three albums over the past couple months, so instead of gradually releasing them I decided to drop them all at the same time......they'll be available here, on itunes, amazon, napster, rhapsody, emusic and whole bunch of other places in the next week or so. "Strays" and "Scraps" in reality is a double album. It's a collection of instrumentals and b-sides that either strayed from the theme or were scrapped from their respective projects. The music is all over the place yet consistently gutter at the same time. (think J-Dilla "Donuts" format) |
