1984 is a group collaboration between producers The Market Ace and DJ Narkotix. Hailing from northern Virginia the duo met in high school and gradually started making music through completely different means. The gutter drums and spaced out synths of the Ace mixed with the funky ass samples of DJ Narkotix brings about a brand new sound in the respective arenas of hip hop and electronic production. Together on a joint project due in 2010, 1984 will drop a crucial underground albulm sure to raise some eyebrows and make some trunks thump.
